Hyakkano S3 usually airs on AT-X every Thursday at 10PM JST with reruns on Mondays and Wednesdays. I usually get it upped after it airs. My area has been having some strong rains lately, so I failed to cap the Thursday airing due to signal dropouts. I'll upload the rerun whichever gets capped successfully.
