Remux of the JPN BD (from kenno@ADC) with WhyNot subtitles, and audio and PGS subtitles from the USA BD (from Junior36@ADC) I've restyled the WhyNot subs to match season 1, and fixed a bunch of missing glyphs. Both audio tracks on the JPN BD had absolutely destroyed the opening song (and to a lesser extent credits).
